Flexcon® Omni-Wave™
Winner of the 2023 Med-Tech Innovation Award. Flexcon® Omni-Wave™ Bio-Signal Sensing, Hydrogel-Free Technology for Electrodes and Wearable Devices is a disruptive technology resulting in cost savings for medical electrode and wearable device manufacturers while providing a better experience for patients.
Flexcon® DermaFlex™
Skin-friendly materials intended for device attachment to the body. DermaFlex™ adhesives have been tested for biocompatibility (skin irritation, sensitization, and cytotoxicity) by Flexcon's adhesive suppliers using ISO-10993 or similar test methods.
Flexcon® PharmCal®
Expand your portfolio with pharmaceutical labeling products that have been processed to precise specifications to convert easily and perform under the harshest drug manufacturing, storage, and transit conditions. Offerings include substrates for small diameter ampules, vials, and syringes, as well as large diameter, cryogenic, conceal, tamper-evident, and blood bag labeling applications.
Flexcon® MedFlex®
Dependable robust materials backed by years of experience and proven performance in the market.
The Omni-Wave™ components utilize a revolutionary biomedical electrode technology developed with patient comfort in mind. The technology uses a skin-friendly, medical grade adhesive that requires no hydrogel or Ag/AgCl to get a signal.
Independent clinical studies have shown that the performance is as good as hydrogel-based electrodes. The Omni-Wave™ components are also suitable for incorporation into sEMG devices and can distinguish between sympathetic and parasympathetic responses for EDA applications.
